    I run private consultations from my home in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. We have full use of my fully equipped 'log cabin' gym, and cover everything you need to know. During the session we'll analyse what you're currently doing, isolate and break down the obstacles that are holding you back, and build an effective new diet and training programme that is personal to you, that is sustainable, and that will propel you to new heights. It does not matter what level you're at with your training. I have coached complete novices right up to British champions and everything in-between, men and women alike.
